Maluku Preserve City occupies Congo River frontage at Maluku, in the eastern reach of Kinshasa: roughly 40 minutes from N'djili International Airport and 15 minutes from Maluku municipal hall. The development covers 120 hectares of a 450.3-hectare titled concession. Phase One comprises 2,660 homes, alongside an industrial park planned to host more than 100 industries, with serviced plots, roads, water and power delivered progressively by phase.
