Maluku Preserve City One (MP-City01)
A private participation program exclusively for MP-City01: a proposed self-sustainable ecosystem for everyday DR Congolese people, expatriates, and the diasporans who can live, work and play on three 42-hectare concessions totalling 126 hectares (311.4 acres). REA Immo S.A.R.L. owns 450.3 hectares of titles free and clear. This private participation memorandum (PPM) concerns only Maluku Preserve City One (MP-City01). REA Immo will allocate three concessions of 42 hectares each, totalling 126 hectares (311.4 acres). The proposed ecosystem includes Maluku Industrial Park One, at least five residential communities, two mixed-use and commercial neighborhoods, one primary school, one secondary school, and vocational, management and leadership (VML) schools. These are proposed developments, not completed works. The previously stated 4,000 Phase One homes remain a planning target. Historic parcel surveys total approximately 124.69 hectares and require reconciliation with the current allocation and independent title review; housing allocations and phasing also remain to be reconciled.
