The portal never receives or processes funds. Purpose and scope This policy applies to the Maluku Preserve City capital programme operated through REA Immo S.A.R.L. and issued by Entrepreneurs & Investors Group LLC. What we collect Account, contact, identity-verification, eligibility, source-of-funds, document-access, device and support records may be collected when needed to operate the portal and review participation. How information is used Information is used to authenticate users, conduct manual KYC/AML review, administer participation, secure documents, maintain audit records, answer requests and meet applicable legal duties. It is not used to make automated eligibility decisions in Phase 1. Sharing and transfers Access is limited by role. Information may be shared with authorised personnel, professional advisers, infrastructure providers and competent authorities where legally required. Cross-border transfer safeguards and the final data-hosting region remain subject to counsel confirmation. Retention and rights Records are retained only for operational and legal needs. The final retention periods, applicable rights, response procedure and privacy contact must be confirmed before publication. Responsibilities and review The programme operator maintains this policy, trains relevant personnel and records material changes. Counsel must resolve every item marked for confirmation. The effective date, review cycle, contacts and controlling language will be inserted only after approval.
